Avon found that 70% of women choose the wrong foundation shade—making their overall look flawed from the start. The beauty app allows reps to seamlessly match the customers skin tone to the perfect foundation shade for them. Louise Scott, Avon’s Chief Science Officer, talks about this insight as “one of the biggest problems women face in our industry.” Once a customer is given their personal foundation match, additional recommendations for lipstick, blush and other products are also shared.
