Monarch airlines creates mood food, for stress-free flying
The plane is never the highlight of a holiday, always creating unnecessary stress before a sunny break. So – In a bid to make flying less stressful, Monarch has created a mood-enhancing menu. Working with chef Josef Youseff from Kitchen Theory and psychologist Professor Charles Spence.
Each smile-improving snack is tailored for a particular part of the journey. The Menu includes: immune-boosting Echinacea and liquorice ice cream, calming green tea with lavender mochi rice cakes, bloat-busting herbal tea served with an Umami-covered seaweed biscuit and an energising mushroom and tomato snack bar.
It’s an innovative menu that puts them miles above the competition.
