Everyone loves a boozy brunch or, according to Pinkster, a slightly boozy brunch. The British gin brand is going for a slice of the preserves market with its new gin-based jam, which is described by them as only “mildly alcoholic”.
The teatime tipple is produced using the leftover gin-soaked raspberries from its gin production. What a wonderful way to use waste!
According to the founder Stephan Marsh “Jam is on-trend as a cocktail ingredient”, so they’ve already launched a Gin ‘n’ Jam cocktail.
We’ll drink (and eat) to that.
