Go on, admit it. How many times this week have you opted for a screen instead of a snog? A click instead of a cuddle? According to US baby food company Plum Organics, we’ve allowed technology into our bedrooms at the expense of other er, more natural pursuits.
So now, the brand’s asking everyone to get on top of the problem by getting on top of each other. Their latest campaign, unambiguously titled Do Your Part(ner), features actress Katie Aselton reminding us of the importance of sex in maintaining strong relationships (and presumably, a steady flow of baby food consumers…)
On the accompanying website, couples can get ideas on how to spend quality time together and use an interactive diary to find time in between appointments to get between the sheets. There’s also advice from therapist and best-selling author of Mating in Captivity, Esther Perel.
