Centauro has created a content-to-commerce EXP service to keep customers motivated. The first programme is focused on running and aims to help customers prepare for their first marathon with curated products, personalised videos and nutritional advice.
The Brazilian retailer delivers the kit – including clothing and accessories – in multi-item packages (depending on how much the customer spends). The first delivery includes a code that unlocks the Centauro EXP app, giving users access to tailored videos, tasks and tips from Brazilian actress Alice Wegmann and running specialist Andrei Achcar. The developers claim that each delivery is curated to help users achieve the next step in their training, and gives them a reason to interact with the brand, even after their purchase.
