As summer rolls in and temperatures start to rise, appetites naturally turn towards cold beer. Or ice cream. Or both. Now, in a collaboration that really should’ve happened a long time ago, ice cream makers Ben & Jerry have partnered with New Belgium Brewing to release an ice-cream flavoured beer.
Launching later in 2015, the beer will be a regular brown ale, but Salted Caramel Brownie flavour. Cooler still, sales of the beer will help support ‘Protect Our Winters’, an organisation dedicated to fighting the effects of climate change on mountain regions.
We’re looking forward to the release of a chunky chocolate chip variety.
