Ahead of the holiday season, US retailer Macy’s is rolling out a number of new in-store concepts. First among these is The Market @ Macy’s – a dedicated space which hosts 150 e-commerce brands on a two-week rotation across nine of its stores. The collection spans clothing, accessories, beauty, home décor, technology and more. For featured brands, it’s a great opportunity to discover how customers respond to their products in a bricks-and-mortar setting.
The retailer is also committed to re-establishing its reputation as a beauty destination. 50 stores nationwide now allow customers to try over 250 beauty products digitally, using in-store kiosks equipped with virtual mirrors. Looking good.
