The 126,00 sq ft space called Area15 will be a destination in Las Vegas, holding the best of retail, entertainment and food, housing many experiential tenants. One being Meow Wolf, an agency famous for its fantastical storytelling through sculpture, augmented and virtual reality, sound and performance.
A big space will be dedicated to indoor and outdoor events from music, interactive art and e-sport tournaments. Catering to customer needs of combined physical and digital experiences.
The hybrid space will be connected by the ‘spine’ a 30,000 sq ft canvas for 3D art installations. Sounds like it will be the perfect spot for those digitally savvy generation visuals (Generation Z).
