The creators of Mush ready-to-eat oats have started with a healthy product – gluten-free oats with almond milk – and used a process that effectively removes the need for unpronouncable preservatives.
The oats are prepped using high pressure processing (HPP). Unlike traditional pasteurisation by heat, HPP is a cold preservation method that uses water pressure to neutralise the pathogens in food.
