Harvey Nichols has partnered with tech startup Hero to bring its in-store shopping experience online. The move means shoppers can browse the website and speak with advisors via instant messaging, photo sharing and live video.
The stylists are on hand from 10am – 10pm to share customised style tips, photos of the latest collection and video footage. The Hero service also includes a ‘Black Book’ option enabling style advisors to build ongoing relationships with customers and send them personal messages whenever relevant new products come in.
