While Robert Collingnon thought the freeze-dried ice cream you bought in space museums was cool, none of it actually tasted very good. So, he decided to launch Gastronaut – the first ever freeze dried, organic ice cream.
Gastronaut is one step for man, one giant leap for kinds of desert. Mexican Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, or Cookies and Cream ice cream is sprinkled with sea-salt before freeze drying – resulting in flavour that’s out of this world.
Despite its childish origins, the minimalist packaging suggests Gastronaut is for adults more than kids. We just hope the venture takes off.
