Never mind ‘you are what you eat’. A restaurant in Tokyo is going out of its way to show what’s missing from your food.
As part of a marketing stunt, Organic fast food restaurant, Dohtonbori, has launched a pop-up supplement store – Fast Food Aid.
The idea is, you bring along a receipt from your latest junk food treat, and they’ll give you a prescription for vitamins, depending on what nutrients your meal was lacking.
According to creative director Ikkyu, once people “get inside, they are surprised by the amount of supplements they have to take and begin to understand how bad their eating habits are.”
