Luxury confectionery seems to be a bit of a thing at the moment. Just the other day we were talking about cannabis candy, and today it’s ice cream enmeshed inside a ‘cloud’ of spun sugar. A concoction you can find at London’s Milk Train Café parlour. La-di-dah.
