The Loch Ness monster, the head of Abraham Lincoln, the Eiffel Tower. It’s amazing what a little imagination leads people to find inside a packet of Cheetos. There are Facebook pages dedicated to oddly-shaped Cheetos, and some of the strangest specimens have even turned up on Ebay.
Picking up on this trend, the popular cheesy snack recently opened an online museum into which customers can enter their own examples of Cheetos that look like other things. Over a 10-week period, the brand has handed over $10,000 for the cheesy exhibits thought to be most artistically pleasing. And there will be a further $50,000 for the ultimate winner, decided by public vote.
Proof that art is where you find it. Even inside a packet of cheesy snacks.
