Thanks to designers Idan Noyberg and Gal Bulka, you no longer need to feel embarrassed about airing your laundry in public. The duo has come up with the ‘Lightly’ clothes peg, which turns a chore into urban art.
The pegs are fitted with solar panels to collect energy by day. And by night, a sensor connected to a battery pack automatically illuminates each one with a tiny LED bulb.
More than bringing colour to the streets, these little lights pack a sustainable punch, drawing all their power from the sun.
What a bright idea.
