Elmwood London has big growth plans in 2021 and we’re looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager on a contract, part-time basis to help drive our talent strategy and ensure we have the right people in place, at the right time, in order to achieve our goals.
The majority of the role will be focused on driving recruitment activities, sourcing and attracting candidates across social media channels and job boards, ensuring every person receives the Elmwood experience. You’ll also develop good working relationships with select recruitment agencies in order to access their network.
Acting as an Ambassador for Elmwood, you’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ultimately building a talent pool of exceptional candidates for now and the future.
You will also work alongside the Head of HR to support with basic HR admin duties.
This is a 3 – 4 month part-time Contract working remotely / home working c.16 – 20 hours pw on a flexible basis (of no less than 4 days pw).
