Elmwood London are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to help drive our talent acquisition strategy to ensure we have the right talent in place, at the right time, in order to achieve our vision.

The majority of the role will focus on driving recruitment activities where you’ll spend a large part of your day sourcing and attracting candidates using innovative and creative approaches across social media channels and job boards. You’ll develop good working relationships with select recruitment agencies in order to access their network, and ultimately aim to build a talent pool of exceptional individuals for now and the future.

Acting as an ambassador for Elmwood, you’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, supporting candidates through their journey and ensure all receive a tailored Elmwood experience.

Working at pace will be vitally important in the role; driving candidates through the pipeline with momentum, making decisions along the way whilst effectively engaging with all stakeholders. As will the ability to design and lead on new innovative approaches to attracting candidates, ensuring we stand out from the crowd.

Given the expanse of the role from sourcing, through onboarding and into HR administration, the position would be ideal for a talent / recruitment professional looking to start their HR journey where the Company will provide financial support for a formally accredited course of study (such as CIPD).  Or for a recruitment specialist looking to hone their skills and lead in their area of expertise.

As a minimum, previous experience working in recruitment in an Agency environment is a must, as is having worked in the creative industries.

We offer a wide range of benefits including hybrid working and flexible working hours.  And whilst the role is being advertised as full-time, we would be happy to speak with candidates looking for a more flexible part-time working arrangement of no less than 28 hours / 4 days pw.
