On a day-to-day basis, you’ll manage the fast-paced delivery of design projects through the studio and, as such, play a pivotal role in keeping the work progressing on budget, on time and on brief. You will interpret and communicate client briefs to the design team, book studio time and provide clients with contact reports and timelines.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional relationship-building skills with plenty of experience working on consumer led packaging projects, and also someone with a good level of understanding and experience on brand identity led work.

Excellent communication skills will be key in this role as you’ll be liaising with clients, suppliers and partner agencies on a daily basis, attending client meetings and presentations as well as internal meetings, creating clear action plans. Equally vital is having strong financial management and commercial acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities for work.

Given you’ll be managing a diverse and ever-changing workload, being able to work at pace is imperative as you’ll need to make quick, competent decisions to drive projects forward with momentum. And for the more complex projects, you’ll be supported and coached by an Account Director.

We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, a passion for branding and design and the ability to generate great ideas. You’ll be a natural networker who also enjoys keeping abreast of the latest brandworld insights and trends. Having at least five years’ previous experience from a similar strategic/tier 1 brand design agency, you’ll already be an established Senior Account Manager in this field.

Working at Elmwood means there’s lots of scope for development and you’ll be supported from day one in helping you achieve your career aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from some amazing talent including those working in our strategy/innovation side of the business.
