We have a brand new opening for an innovative and creative individual to help manage employee wellbeing
This is a dual role working with the local Leadership Team to manage the talent pipeline, and advising Line Managers and employees on a range of every-day ER queries.
Driving our talent strategy programme, you’ll proactively source candidates and lead on all Recruitment activities including managing our social media platforms and devising innovative ways to attract new talent to Elmwood.
You’ll manage the onboarding of new starters including the formal offer process, and provide advice and guidance to employees and Line Managers across a range of benefits and every day ER queries. You’ll also lead on a number of L&D initiatives including managing our internal Lunch and Learn programme.
Whilst the role will flex depending on the requirements of the business, we envisage managing the talent pipeline will be the slightly larger part of the role.
Our ideal candidate is a Talent Manager who has proven experience in sourcing and placing candidates with a good all round knowledge of employment law and its practical application, ideally from an Agency or SME background.
And whilst it will be important to build relationships with fellow colleagues at the outset, for the right individual we would consider a more flexible working arrangement which could include working from home one day per week. We would also be open to candidates looking for a more flexible part-time arrangement (no less than 4 days / 28 hours per week).
To apply, simply email your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
Not surprisingly, we get a huge number of applications, and while we do our best to reply to everyone it can sometimes take time. So our policy is simple: if your application is so jaw-droppingly brilliant that it makes our socks go up and down in excitement, then we’ll be in touch.
We post all of our vacancies on Instagram and LinkedIn, so make sure you follow us to get up-to-date news of our opportunities. Like most companies these days, we may check out your social media footprint like Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram as part of our recruitment process in order to learn a little more about you.
We are committed to a policy of treating all our employees and job applicants equally. In fact, we believe that recruiting and developing a diverse workforce is essential to our success. So, we welcome applications from people whatever their age, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion, disability, nationality, ethnic origin, political belief, trans-gender status, sex or marital status.
