About You

  • Reporting into Elmwood’s Executive Creative Director, you’ll act as brand guardian for a portfolio of global brands including one of the agency’s pillar clients, delivering beautifully crafted work underpinned with strategic thinking.
  • You’ll be multidisciplinary in nature and know what it takes to build great brands, having a breadth of experience across both consumer and corporate.
  • With global brand experience you’ll understand the importance of creating something truly iconic that lives and breathes on all touch points and that can be activated in a way that truly resonates with consumers.
  • We’re looking for a seasoned Creative Director, or an Associate CD looking to make the net step in their career, who can execute big ideas and lead a team of exceptional creatives—you’ll also be exceptional in front of clients and most importantly embrace our culture of team work and inclusivity.
  • Due to COVID we envisage working remotely through to the end of Spring, and then returning to hybrid working. We are happy to consider candidates looking for a more flexible working arrangements which could include working part-time (no less than 4 days around client work).
