As an Elmwood Account Manager you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own projects and, for more complex work, assist colleagues in the wider Client Services team with the fast-paced delivery of creative design projects. You’ll work on both global and local client projects across FMCG and brand identity, delivering work on time, to brief and most importantly, to budget.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with all parts of the business including strategy and insight, design, artwork and digital to provide seamless project management support across a range of projects.

Establishing a good understanding of the client’s business, market and products will be imperative as you will use this insight to interpret and communicate client briefs, booking the right amount of studio time to get the job done.

Building and cultivating strong working relationships with clients and your internal stakeholders is a key part of the role and therefore good communication skills are key, as is positivity, drive and a ‘can do’ attitude.

We’re looking for an exceptional individual with at least 12-18 months’ account management experience working with large, consumer clients in a similar strategic / tier 1 agency. You’ll have excellent financial and administrative support skills, a keen eye for detail, an agile mind and inquisitive nature and most importantly, a passion for branding and design with the ability to generate great ideas.

Working at Elmwood means you will be part of an independent and award-winning global design agency, learning from colleagues as you develop your career. You’ll also have a dedicated line manager to ensure you achieve your career aspirations.
