Strategy Executive

We’re looking for a curious, energetic brand strategist to take on the position of Strategy Executive in our New York studio. This person will have 1-3 years experience in an agency or similar planning/strategy role and hold a bachelor degree.

Our strategists are brand provocateurs—future gazing, strategic thinkers, full of curiosity and positive energy. They’re known to poke, provoke and stoke creative thought in and out of the studio. Setting the future direction of brands and helping shape truly engaging brand experiences for our clients. Specific responsibilities will include a range of tasks from data analysis and global trend spotting to workshop creation and presentation storytelling.    
At Elmwood, we are a tight-knit team—you’ll often find yourself working alongside global, design and client services. We work hard and we love what we do to help our clients reach their business objectives through effective design thinking and creativity.
As a Strategy Executive, you’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves, learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as they arise. You’ll have a deep interest in how businesses work, what makes products sell and how industries shift—essentially a thirst to always ask “why.”  You’ll have a talent for unearthing insight and translating them into elegant and provocative frameworks and ideas.
