Account Director

We’re on the look out for an experienced Account Director with bags of experience working with big retail and FMCG packaging clients to join our Leeds studio on a permanent basis.

The Account Director’s role is tactical, managing the ongoing delivery of projects against specific objectives in context of the overall client strategy, delivering work to your clients that is on brief and within budget. 
Your KPIs will include developing strategic long-term client relationships, delivering great work, generating revenues by maximising profitability and identifying new streams of revenue from your existing client base.
With a passion for design and the ability to develop effective brands, our ideal candidate will be strategically minded, have experience performing a similar role at an agency (or similar) and a robust understanding of branding and packaging, for retail clients in particular.
You will have the ability to form great relationships, both with your clients, your peers and other stakeholders. A self starter with an agile mind, you will motivate and develop those around you and be active in building internal / external networks.
