Melbourne’s coffee roastery, St. Ali, has opened its first international outlet in London’s Clerkenwell. The two-floor space boasts London’s first Slayer Espresso machines and has plans to introduce a dining concept that pairs food with coffee.
Other coffee specialities include Syphon, a Japanese brewing method that produces tea-like coffee and Aeropress, a pressurized brewing method that makes stronger, less-acidic coffee.
