Devices that track citizens’ every health-related habit will create opportunities for ‘Brand Samaritans’ to develop stronger relationships with consumers.
Increasingly, tracking and monitoring devices (e.g. mobile apps, smart toilets, etc.) will be used to follow citizens’ lives, from the food the food they eat to the amount of exercise they take. There will also be established link-ups with national health services.
There’ll be rewards too. Healthy tracking results will result in benefits like lower insurance premiums, corporate benefits, service enhancements and lower product prices.
